With the Holiday Season upon us, please be aware of the following:
Our current reply times could reach over 72 hours due to the high volume that we are experiencing. However, our team is working very hard to reply within the 72 hour window. If you do not get a reply within 72 hours or more, please DO NOT open a new ticket. Our team will reach all tickets from chronological order.

Due to the high volume of orders that we are receiving, all shipments are currently delayed. The items ready to ship with a 2-working day delivery are taking twice as long.
If you are planning to purchase for Christmas time, please DO NOT order any product with a 15-working day delivery time. These items are located in our distributors' warehouses in Germany and Italy and some shipments are taking longer to arrive to our warehouse in Portugal.
If you want to purchase anything for Christmas, we suggest that you go for the "ready to ship" product range until the 20th of December. After that date we can no longer guarantee the item for Christmas.
As our team is located in Portugal, during the bank holidays, Customer Support will not be available on the 1st and 8th of December.
